Jake is a dedicated transit and climate advocate running to serve on the School Board of La Crosse, WI. Jake is serving his 2nd term on the City’s Transit Board. Working to increase ridership, improve accessibility to public transit and transiting parts of their fleet to electric.
If elected, Jake plans to expand the district’s solar bank project and energy efficiency upgrades

Supporting and building on the 2025 Climate Action Plan is not only essential for addressing the growing threat of climate change, but also for being fiscally responsible and keeping costs affordable. Solar arrays already installed are projected to offset the energy equivalent of burning more than three million pounds of coal and saves Hamilton Elementary roughly $10,000 per year.
